RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. Returns
1.1 You have the right to cancel the agreement of purchase without justification within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product(s). The cancellation deadline is met if you inform us at hello@prum.info before the deadline. Product(s) must be shipped without unreasonable delay after the cancellation of the contract.
1.2 The product(s) must be returned in original packaging. You must ensure, that the product(s) are properly packed as you are responsible for the package until PRUM receives it. The product(s) you return must be in the same condition as it was received. If the product(s) has been clearly used, you will lose your right to cancellation.
1.3 Please return the products to:
PRUM UG, Sonnenallee 184, 12059 Berlin, Deutschland. We recommend that you save the postal receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the carrier. Please note your order reference number on your parcel, so we can easily detect your order.
1.4 You have to bear the cost of returning the product(s) yourself when you return a purchase.
1.5 Upon return of the product(s), we will refund the payment received from you related to the specific order and product(s). This does not include delivery cost. The refund will happen as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the returned product(s) has been received.
1.6 The refund will be made to the source of the original purchase unless otherwise agreed or deemed necessary. Please note that products purchased directly from our website cannot be exchanged at one of our retailers.
2. Returns outside the EU
2.1 When returning products outside of the EU you must add a commercial invoice to your return parcel. If the commercial invoice is missing on your parcel, you risk the parcel being returned to you. Please get in contact with hello@prum.info to receive your commercial invoice when returning.
3. Exchange of products
3.1 We are currently unable to process exchanges. Please return the product for a refund and place a new order for the correct product.
